June 30, 2010 is the end-of-life date for Patch Support and June 30, 2011 for Technical Support
What does this mean for your organization?
Patch Support End Date (6/30/2010):
- Last day BusinessObjects Product Group will accept new cases that involved patch development to resolve.
- Development of new Hot Fixes, Service Packs and Maintenance releases will not be initiated after this date.
- Complimentary interactive assistance is not available after this date
Technical Support Lifecycle End Date (6/30/2011):
- Last day BusinessObjects Customer Assurance will provide interactive assistance for a given product.
- Designed for customers who require extended support for the purpose of migration to a supported BusinessObjects product.
- Customers should develop and commit to a migration plan.
- Customer must be current on maintenance to receive this extended interactive assistance.
