About Us

The most important thing you can know about CNE is that our mission is to make our customers more profitable through the use of BI, which is Business Intelligence*.

CNE serves clients and customers across most industries and government, however, our industry focus includes healthcare, finance and insurance, manufacturing, and logistics.  Our offerings fall into three categories including Education delivery, Consulting and Report Development, and Licensing.

Founded in 1992 as a provider of solutions in GIS (Geographic Information Systems), CNE shifted focus to Business Intelligence in early 1996.  Our core expertise runs deep as our partnerships are limited to two major BI vendors and our team of professionals range in service starting as recently as 2008 and as far back as 1992.

Our two software partners, SAP BusinessObjects and Qliktech (Qlikview) offer industry leading Business Intelligence platforms each with their respective strengths.  The SAP platform is vertically integrated from data management and quality, through to reporting and analysis, and up to business process solutions such as budgeting, risk management, and predictive analytics.  Qlikview brings rapid application development, in-memory processing, and associative data relationships which offer immediate insight to business issues without substantial development effort.

As the founder, owner, and CEO of CNE, as well as a practicing consultant, I can share with you our team’s core values.  They include honesty, integrity, customer satisfaction, a desire to continually learn and improve, and professionalism.  I challenge each of our team members daily to use proven processes and methods to help our customers reach their performance goals through information management and delivery.  This path begins with the use of a professional sales methodology focused on the customer needs (not CNE’s needs) and ends with the establishment of a long-term relationship based on trust.  Our customers value what CNE delivers as we don’t just do “for” you, but “with” you as well, involving your team in the learning process and enabling self-sufficiency.

The CNE team has delivered services in the USA, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Bermuda, and Curacao.  Our geographic reach is no longer limited, thanks to the Internet.  Our consultants are on-site in the Midatlantic region surrounding our home office near Philadelphia.  Through virtual delivery of services our team is able to create and deliver Business Intelligence solutions and education anywhere.

Some services are inherently personal, such as Instructor-led training.  CNE maintains our own education center in Philadelphia and we partner with other organizations in major metropolitan areas throughout North America.
