There are business partnerships which CNE, Inc. has entered into for the purpose of providing services to our clients. When students are enrolled into publicly offered courses, whether through www.cne.com or through direct contacting CNE, Inc. each student's name and contact information may be provided to the business partner engaged with CNE in the public delivery of that course.

CNE, Inc. offers our clients and prospective clients access to a variety of pre-recorded and live webinars as well as live, public events. When these webinars and events are hosted by or co-sponsored by our business partners, the information supplied during registration may be collected by a third party or the sponsoring business partner. Unless otherwise stated on the registration page or form this information is passed back to CNE, Inc. and is not retained by the collecting agent or third party for any other purpose than to facilitate communication between yourself and CNE, Inc.

CNE, Inc. engages a third-party network security firm on a regular basis to examine and test the security measures and procedures which have been implemented to safeguard your information. The result of these examinations are used to continually improve our security measures and procedures and to defend against evolving and new threats to your information as well as CNE's proprietary information.
